If you are a resident of the People's Republic of China (“PRC”), the Sensitive Information collected from you includes information within the categories of data in the table below. The sources of the information is set forth in the section titled “Personal Data We Collect”. For information regarding who we disclose and transfer your Sensitive Information to, see the section titled “Sharing and Transferring Personal Data.” In addition, for PRC residents, we will not provide your personal data in the PRC to any government authorities outside the PRC unless we have obtained the Chinese government’s approval. Where the data recipient outside the PRC is not a government authority, we will only make that transfer if:
- a proper data cross-border transfer agreement has been entered between us and the third-party, and where applicable, we will use standard contract clauses mandated by the PRC government;
- we have passed the PRC government-led personal data cross-border transfer security assessment, or
- we have completed personal data protection certification conducted by an accredited institution.
We do not sell or otherwise unlawfully share or provide your Sensitive Information.

Inclusion of a category in the list below indicates only that, depending on the services and products we provide you, we may collect some information within that category.
