Moerdijk Site

The Moerdijk Site is located in the harbor area of Moerdijk in the vicinity of Hollands Diep, close to Klundert and Zevenbergen. The site stretches over 37 hectares. The plant produces Catalloy and Polybutene-1 polymers. Our Catalloy plant is the largest and most advanced facility of its kind worldwide and produces a range of state-of-the-art polymers based on propylene. Catalloy polymers are used in a wide range of applications such as car bumpers, roofing, asphalt modification and food packaging. Our Polybutene-1 plant is the only plant of its kind and produces special polymers sold to customers around the world for use in hot and cold water piping systems, flexible packaging and other applications.
